While we can only enter three athletes per event into conference we invite all swimmers and divers to finish the remainder of the season practicing with the team. We will be entering alternate swimmers into the meet in case one of our swimmers is unable to participate, alternates should treat the meet like they are racing.

Go the Distance is a self-directed program which encourages swimmers to track their own fitness and progress. USMS also offers a Fitness Series throughout the year which includes a 30-minute, 2K, and 1 mile swim.
